How Does White Glove Delivery Work?
Place Your Order With
White Glove Delivery
Your order will ship directly to our local White Glove Delivery delivery agent within the estimated date given at the time of your order. For only $199, your new bed is delivered to your room of choice and set up. We’ll also remove your old mattress. (Bedding, such as the Serenity Bundle, will ship directly to you.)

Delivery Date
Once your order arrives at your local In-Home Setup delivery agent, you’ll be contacted to coordinate a delivery date. Appointment availability varies by delivery agent, but please plan to receive your delivery 1-3 business days after you’re contacted. If you’d like any items removed, this must be arranged during your scheduling call.
Enjoy Seamless Setup
On your designated delivery date and time frame, a White Glove Delivery delivery agent will set up your mattress (and bed frame, if applicable) in your room of choice and remove your old mattress. If you ordered a frame and are having an old frame removed, please disassemble it before your appointment.
Buying a Frame or Bundle?
If you order a DreamCloud bundle or bed frame with your mattress, we’ll also assemble that for you during your White Glove Delivery appointment. (Bedding, such as the Serenity Sleep Bundle, ships directly to you and isn’t part of White Glove Delivery.)
