DreamCloud “First Time Customer" Offer

DreamCloud’s “First Time Customer” Offer (the “New Customer Offer”) is valid for one-time, first-time e-mail sign-up purchasers only (“First Time Customers”). The New Customer Offer provides up to Fifty percent (50%) off your first purchase of select DreamCloud Sleep mattresses and products as described in the promotional materials as eligible for the New Customer Offer (“Initial Purchase”), and subsequent mattress or product purchases made within 30-days of the initial purchase.
New Customer Offer only applies to online purchases at dreamcloudsleep.com for purchases for delivery in the United States. New Customer Offer will be auto-applied to your order. New Customer Offers cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. New Customer Offers cannot be applied to past orders, shipping costs, or taxes, and are not valid in-store. DreamCloud “Returning Purchaser Offer” Promotions
Effective Date: November 17, 2023
Customers who are not eligible for the New Customer Offer (“Returning Purchasers”) may be offered periodic and targeted promotions via email and the terms of those Offers shall be as described in their promotional materials. In lieu of any email promotions, Returning Purchasers are eligible for the following offer (the “Returning Purchaser Offer”) which is valid after the Effective Date until terminated or replaced on this webpage.
Returning Purchaser Offer provides for the inclusion of a bedding accessories bundle (in the corresponding size of the mattress product) included in the total value of your mattress purchase.
For Twin and Twin XL mattresses: One (1) pillow, one (1) mattress protector, and one (1) sheet set containing one (1) pillowcase, one (1) non-fitted sheet, and one (1) fitted sheet. Total value of Four Hundred and Forty-Nine dollars ($449) (USD).
For Full, Queen, King, California King, and Split King mattresses: Two (2) pillows, one (1) mattress protector, and one (1) sheet set containing two (2) pillowcases, one (1) non-fitted sheet, and one (1) fitted sheet. Total value of Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine dollars ($599) (USD).

DreamCloud “1-3 Day Shipping” Promise Terms
Effective Date: October 15, 2022
DreamCloud’s shipping time promise applies to most products sold at dreamcloudsleep.com except where otherwise indicated in the check out purchase process that inventory may be limited or longer ship times applicable. Where DreamCloud is unable to meet the shipping dates provided at the date of purchase, the customer will be promptly notified via email of any such changed shipping times. Shipping time does not include order processing time. This shipping promise does not apply to inventory that is marked out of stock on order.
