STEP ONE

Unbox

Unbox your mattress in your preferred room after placing it on a firm, supportive surface, like a bed frame (not the floor). We recommend the slats on your bed frame be positioned no more than 4" apart. Our boxes are 100% recyclable if you’d like to recycle yours.

Please note: using your mattress on the floor voids the warranty.

STEP Two

Carefully
Remove Plastic

First, find the loose end of the plastic wrap at the long edge of the tube. Unroll the mattress until the outermost plastic layer is removed. The mattress should still be sealed and semi-compressed. Next, find the end of the plastic not touching the mattress and carefully cut the seam to break the seal. Once you’ve let air into the plastic, remove the final plastic layer with your hands and stand back. Your DreamCloud will begin to expand before your eyes.

Give It Time

You can sleep on your mattress after just a few hours of expansion time, but it may take up to 72 hours for DreamCloud to fully expand.
